1.       Wonderful holiday. It was well planned and well organised. Everything worked.

2.       At no point were we disappointed or let down.

3.       I have already recommended Indus travel. Punit, you and Amit add that very important personal touch.

4.       All the hotels were good and what we paid for. The Claridges was exceptional.

5.       In one or two hotels the waiters were a little ‘over keen’ to please and wanted to ensure they were mentioned on any feedback.

6.       The vehicle was always clean and fit for purpose.

7.       Sunil, our driver could not have been more helpful. He was attentive and always willing. He could not have been better.

8.       Our guides were all very good. All had an excellent knowledge of their city and were keen to share it with us. They were all informative and extremely polite. Raju in Jaipur and Javed in Agra were exceptional.

9.       Very helpful. Most of my queries were by email before our trip which you handled by return.

10.   Punit, from our experience you run an excellent travel company. We were coming to an unknown country with a specific agenda and you made sure it all worked well. You and Amit show that very personal interest which is very important. You did everything possible to resolve my brother’s visa issue and we had absolute confidence in you doing that.

11.   You /Indus travel are totally reliant on the guides and drivers you use. It was obvious they are well known to you and they upheld your standards throughout our trip. ( That is not always easy to do! )
