Kerala is a tropical paradise and it is located in the southwest peninsular tip of India between the towering mountain ranges and the Arabian Sea. Renowned for its enchanting backwaters, magnificent beaches, beautiful hill stations, serene landscapes and plantations of spices , coffee & tea . It is famous all over India for its cultural dances, ayurvedic treatments and spas. Most of the hotels and resorts have all modern facilities and serve the authentic Kerala cuisines with coconut and seafood specialties. The hotels also have multi-cuisine restaurants serving International Menus. There are several holiday packages offered such as backwater cruise, tours of temple, beach and romantic tours .

There are many tourist attractions in Kerala . Its Capital --Thiruvananthapuram is famous for its Kovalam beach, the Sri Padmanabhaswamy temple and various palaces and museums, Thissur is the cultural center of the state. Alappuza is popular for its backwaters. Kozhikode is renowned for its forts and hill resorts. Ponmudi or the golden valley and Kottayam are more remembered for their ancient churches. Periyar is a paradise for wild life buffs . . All the hotels in Kerala especially the ayurvedic resorts offer specialized ayurvedic treatments known to heal a wide variety of ailments.

Kerala is connected by three airports, Calicut in the north, Thiruvananthapuram in the south and Kochi in the center. The state is also well connected by a network of railways and a number of National highways which connect it to the nearby states of Tamil Nadu, AP and Karnataka. One can even travel by ship venturing towards the Lakshadweep Islands and the state has a number of internal water navigation systems which are very popular.
