Day 02: Nagarhole National Park / Kabini
Nagarhole National Park is one of the popular tourist destinations of this region. It features a large collection of wild animals like leopards, elephants, tigers, along with more than 250 species of beautiful birds. Tourists can enjoy an adventurous jeep safari or an elephant safari while traveling to the famous Nagarhole National Park. An overnight stay at the Kabini River Lodge on the banks of the Kabini River ends the day.
Day 03: Kabini
In the morning of the 3rd day, tourists can go for a Coracle Ride on Kabini River. It will be a totally different experience for all the travelers. In the afternoon, tourists can go for a wildlife tour in the local National park in jeeps or vans. The day ends with an overnight stay at the nearby hotel in Kabini.
Day 04: Mudumalai
At the beginning of the 4th day of the tour, tourists can drive to Mudumalai wildlife sanctuary. This sanctuary features a wide variety of wildlife species. During a tour to the Mudumalai wildlife sanctuary, tourists can witness the elephant Training Camp. It will be a lifetime experience for all the tourists. Tourists have to spend the night at any of the local hotel in Mudumalai.
Day 05: Coimbatore
The day 5 begins with a drive to Coimbatore. After reaching Coimbatore, tourists can spend the rest of the day by enjoying various activities and shopping. The Coimbatore city features a wide range of flora and fauna along with its picturesque landscape, which is adorned with glorious temples. On a city tour, tourists can witness the beautiful Perur Temple and the majestic Marudhamalai Temple. These are the major attractions of the city. Tourists have to stay one night stay at any of the local hotels of the Coimbatore city.
Day 06: Munnar
Munnar is a picturesque hill station and it is profuse of fresh as well as green tea plantations. As a tourist, you can see many beautiful tourist locations and waterfalls during a sightseeing tour to the Munnar. In the afternoon, you can move around the place that covers famous Rajamalai and Eravikulam National Park, Indo Swiss cattle project, Mattupetty, and some other local wild areas. An overnight stay at the wildlife resort in Munnar will end the 6th day of the jungle tour Tamil Nadu.
Day 07: Periyar
The 7th day will start by proceeding towards Periyar. Periyar includes a beautiful scenic wonder that will definitely make you spellbound. Enjoy the scenic beauty of Periyar by a boat ride in Lake Periyar, which is the best way to discover the wildness of that region. After an exciting boat ride in the Lake Periyar, tourists can also visit the well-sprawled tea and coffee plantations of the region.
Day 08: Departure
At the day 8, tourists have to reach the Kochi airport to board a connecting flight to reach all the desired destinations. |
