Day 02: Delhi
After breakfast at the hotel you will be taken for a tour to Old and New Delhi where you can visit the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar and Humayun’s tomb. Red Fort is an impressive structure in red sandstone, built by Emperor Shah Jahan. Jama Masjid is a very famous mosque with typical Mughal architecture. It was also built by Moghul Emperor Shah Jahan. Humayun’s Tomb is a memorial built by Haji Begum, wife of Humayun. Qutub Minar is world’s tallest minaret made of bricks and it was built by Qutub ud din Aibak. At night we return to the hotel for an overnight stay and dinner.

Day 03: Delhi – Raipur – Kawardha
From Delhi we leave by flight to Raipur, where the representative of the Royal Tribal Experience will take you to the princely state of Kawardha which is 120 kms from the Raipur airport. On the way, you can explore the Kawardha Palace and the nearby cultural sites including the Bhoramdeo temple complex. In the evening, a welcome drink is hosted by the royal family along with dinner for the tour members after which we retire in our rooms for the night.

Day 04: Kawardha – Raipur – Kanker
In the morning, we leave for the princely state of Kanker where you can spend the day sightseeing and stay overnight at the Kanker Palace. The places to be seen at Kanker include the Gadiya Mountain and the mountain temple. At night, we relax at the hotel.

Day 05: Kanker – Kondagaon – Narayanpur – Jagdalpur
We will drive down to Jagdalpur and visit the colorful weekly market at North Bastar. It gives you an insight of the local life of the people. At Kondagaon, you will get to see some of best Bastar’s handicrafts. Lunch will be arranged in the deep green sal forests and you can enjoy the tribal dance in unique ‘ghotul’ dormitory style. We return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 06: Jagdalpur – Chitrakote Falls
Jagdalpur is Bastar’s main town and former capital. We will be completing our sightseeing tour by visiting the historical parts of Jagdalpur, the Anthropological museum and the sunset at Chitrakote waterfalls which is located on the Indravati River. On the way, you will visit the local Bison-Horn Maria tribe well known for their brilliant ceremonial dancing. On returning to the hotel, you will be entertained by a performance of the tribal people.

Day 07: Jagdalpur- Kanger Valley National Park – Jagdalpur
The day is spent visiting the rich forests of the Kanger Valley National Park including the enthralling Tirathgarh waterfall and the amazing stalactite and stalagmite caves. Here, you will get to see the tribal people in their natural habitat. After that, you can explore some of the unique handicrafts at Jagdalpur before retiring for dinner and rest at the hotel.

Day 08: Jagdalpur – Raipur
Royal Tribal Experience group will then drive down to Raipur and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 09: Raipur – Delhi – departure
Royal Tribal Experience will then depart for Delhi from the Raipur airport by flight. Upon arrival in Delhi you will be escorted to a restaurant for a farewell dinner and departure. The tour will include chauffeur driven AC cars to pick up and drop guests from all areas.
