Trivandrum – Kovalam – Kumarakom – Alleppey – Cochin

 
Day 01: Arrival in Trivandrum
Trivandrum also known as Thiruvananthapuram is famous for its beaches. It is the capital of the state of Kerala also known as God’s own country. After the tourists arrive at Trivandrum, the representatives take them to the Kovalam beach at the same day of the tour. The coconut trees around the beach give it a beautiful appearance altogether.

Day 02: Arrival in Kovalam
After the arrival of the tourists, they can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the place or can visit the various resorts of the Kovalam beach or they can also opt to spend their leisure time here for the rest of the day.

Day 03: Kovalam
After breakfast the tourists are taken to the Kovalam beach and the day is kept reserved for leisure activities.

Day 04: Kumarakom
On the fourth day, the tour takes its turn towards the city of Kumarakom. The city is known for its beaches and backwater and the tourists are made to enjoy this aspect of the city. The tourists are made to check into a resort and then the whole day is free for them to enjoy the beautiful green surroundings at the resort.

Day 05: Kumarakom
After an overnight stay at the hotel, the tourists are taken to the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary where they can enjoy the chirping sounds and sights of different and rare species of birds. They then return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 06: Alleppey
The tourists are taken to Alleppey in a houseboat as the landscapes on the way are amazing . It is known as the Venice of the East. The backwaters of Alleppey are very famous. The palm trees and the clean canals make it a wonderful sight. The backwaters act as a vital waterway for the transport of goods and the ferrying of the people .

Day 07: Cochin
On the last day, the tour heads towards Cochin which is their last destination. There they are made to visit the Cochin Fort; which is basically a flourishing township that deals in trade. And then in the evening, the tourists are taken to watch the famous Kathakali dance performance in the city of Cochin. The dance is known world wide for its vibrant dance movements and the expressions that go along with the makeup. The tourists spend their night at a hotel in Cochin and then in the morning they are transferred to the airport from where they can leave for their way back home.
