A Goa and North India tour covers various tourist destinations of India including Bandhavgarh, Delhi, Khajuraho, Sariska, Ranthambore, Jaipur, Bharatpur, Agra, and Goa. The entire tour span is 18 days and 17 nights.
Day 01 - Delhi
First day of the Goa and North India tour, as a tourist you will be received at Delhi, a city in north central part of India. From then, you will be moved to any of the luxury hotels of the city. The rest of the day will be spent by relaxing and rejuvenating in the luxury rooms of the hotel.
Day2 - Delhi
Day 2 of the tour will be a day full of events as well as activities. After having breakfast, tourists can visit all the major attractions of the Delhi. Some of the most visited tourist places of the city include Indira Gandhi Memorial Museum, Rashtrapati Bhavan, Fathehpuri Masjid, Red Fort, Chandni Chowk, National Museum, Rajpath, Jama Masjid, Meena Bazaar, and Vijay Chowk. After this long trip, you have to come back to your hotel for an overnight stay.
Day3 - Delhi- Sariska
The 3rd day of the tour begins with a visit to the famous Sariska National Park. This park is located around 200 kilometers from the city of Delhi. This park is spread over an area of 800 sq kilometers along with a center area of around 500 sq kilometers. Sariska National Park is much popular amongst the tourists for a wide collection of wild animals like Leopard, Jungle Cat, Wild Dog, Wild Boar, Jackal, Civets, Sambar, Hyena, Tiger, Nilgai, Chausingha, Chital, and Langur. Sariska National Park is also famous for its large collection of Rhesus Monkeys. There tourists can also see the beautiful Aravali hill range near the Sariska hills.
Day4 - Sariska to Jaipur
After a one-day stay at Sariska, tourists can move to Jaipur, which is also known as the Pink City. Jaipur is located around107 kilometers away from the Sariska National Park. After having your breakfast, you can go for a sight seeing tour to the beautiful site of Jaipur. Amber Fort is one of the major attractions of Jaipur city. In this fort, you will witness some of the beautiful Rajput paintings of elephants along with majestic gateways and pavilions. The sights of amazing carvings and inlay work will absolutely spellbind you.
Day5 - Jaipur
On the 5th day of the Goa and North India tour, as a tourist, you can visit the beautiful old palaces and other monuments of the Jaipur city. In the morning, you will visit the City Palace, which shows an impressive unity of traditional Rajasthani and Mughal architectural art. Some of the other major tourist places of the city include Palace of Winds or Hawa Mahal, which is a multi-layered palace, and famous Jantar Mantar (Observatory), which boasts of multiple buildings. Each building of Jantar Mantar features a specialized function for astronomical measurement. After visiting all the major tourist spots of the city, you can enjoy your leisure time according to your own wish.
Day6 - Jaipur to Ranthambore
In the beginning of the 6th day of the tour, you will have to go for a drive to Ranthambore from Jaipur city. Ranthambore National Park is one of the most interesting tourist places of Ranthambore. It is a finest tiger reserve in India. It is famous as a home to park's abandoned fortress, beautiful lakes, and a wide collection of tigers. This national park remains open from the month of November to April. The park also features various species of wild animals ranging from Tigers, Crocodiles, Nilgai, Leopards, Chinkara, common Langur, Sambar, and waterfowls.
Day7 - Ranthambore
The day 7 begins with an interesting tour to the charming site of Ranthambore. In Ranthambore, you can visit the famous Ranthambore Fort, which was founded in 944 by the Chauhan Rajputs. You can also go for some jungle adventures that may include bird watching activity, trekking, and many other interesting activities. An overnight stay at the lodge will end the day.
Day8 - Ranthambore to Bharatpur
The eighth day of the tour will begin with a drive to Bharatpur. Bharatpur is known as the eastern gateway to Rajasthan. It is also popular as one of the most popular bird sanctuaries in the world that features more than 300 species of birds. In Bharatpur, you can see a wide rage of birds including Spanish Sparrow, Coot Snipes, Rosy Pelican, Red Crested Porhard, and Flamingo. Apart from the birds, it also house many wild animals like Pythons, Sambhars, Spotted Deer, Blue Bull, Fishing Cats, Jackals, Black Buck, Otters, and Monitor Lizards.
Day9 - Bharatpur - Agra
On the 9th day, tourists can again visit the famous Bharatpur Sanctuary to see its exotic collection of flora and fauna. After taking the breakfast, you will move ahead to the next destination, Agra. You can also visit famous Fatehpur Sikri during your trip to Agra. It is one of the World famous heritage sites of India. Mughal emperor Akbar built it in 1570. After arriving Agra, you have ample time to enjoy your leisure time by various interesting activities.
Day10 - Agra
On the 10th day of the North India tour, as a tourist, you will go for exploring the historical beauty of Agra. In the morning sightseeing tour to Agra, you can visit the magnificent Taj Mahal, a beautiful mausoleum built by the Mogul emperor Shah Jahan in 1649 in memory of his beloved wife. A sightseeing tour to Agra also includes a visit to the tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah or "Baby Taj" and Agra fort. Enjoy the rest of the day with various leisure activities.
Day11 - Agra - Khajuraho
On the 11th day of the tour, you will have to catch a flight to Khajuraho. In the afternoon, you can witness the architectural beauty of the Chandela dynasty. Khajuraho is located in Madhya Pradesh and it is a model of passion, dance, eroticism, and music.
Day12 - Khajuraho - Bandhavgarh
The 12th day of the tour starts with a drive back to Bandhavgarh, which is widely famous for various wild animals like Tiger, Barking Deer, Leopard, Gaur, Cheetah, Wild Dog, and a selection of bird species.
Day13 – Bandhavgarh
On the day 13th, you can again go to the Bandhavgarh National Park. Here you can see the exotic wildlife including rare species of birds, reptiles, and wild animals. Moreover, as a tourist, you can also enjoy the picturesque surrounding of that area.
Day14 - Bandhavgarh - Khajuraho - Delhi
On the day 14th, tourists will have to drive to Khajuraho to catch a scheduled flight to Delhi. After reaching Delhi, they can spend their leisure time in the hotels or can also go out for some shopping or sightseeing.
Day15 – Delhi to Goa
The day 15th starts with a journey to the beach city of India, which is better known as Goa. From the airport, you will have to hire a rental car by which you will have to reach any of the famous hotels in Goa. After reaching hotel, you can spend rest of the day the way you want.
Day16 - Panjim city tour
On the 16th day of the tour, you can go for exploring the natural beauty of Panjim city. It is also known as Panaji. In the morning, after having your breakfast, you can go for a half-day city tour. You can also visit some of the famous tourist spots of Panjim that include Idalcao Palace, Mahalaxmi Temple, Braganza Institute, Our Lady of Immaculate Conception, and Jama Masjid. A tour to the lush green fields of irrigated paddy surrounding villages will also make your day while traveling to the beautiful sites of Panjim.
Day17 - Goa Beach Leisure
On the 17th day, tourists can relax at the sun soaked beaches in Goa. Some of the famous beaches of Goa are Calangute Beach, Benaulim Beach, Colva Beach, Anjuna Beach, and Baga Beach. During a sightseeing tour, you can also go for visiting popular churches and temples in Goa and you can visit to the flea markets in Goa.
Day18 - Goa to Delhi
On the 18th day, after taking breakfast, you will have to move to the airport from where you will catch scheduled flight to Mumbai to reach your desired destinations.
