Delhi has extreme type of climate with severe summers and winters. The summers can get very hot. The best time to visit Delhi would be in the spring season from February to April and from August to November, when the weather is cool and the flowers are in full bloom. June and July are the rainy seasons when it might be difficult for the tourists to do sightseeing. October is the end of the monsoons and the climate will be fairly pleasant especially at night, though it might be a little hot during the day. May and June can be really hot with temperature rising to more than 45 degrees.

Delhi being the commercial hub of India has well developed infrastructure hence even if the tourist visit at unsuitable parts of the year, one would not face much difficulty while staying at the well known hotels.
